Xbox PC Missing Class 66 Services

Hello there,
I am playing on Xbox for PC and I have checked with other members of the community that some services are not appearing.

I am missing a lot of services from the class 66 which is only displaying the “Manchester commuter variant" however, I have the engineering pack, nuclear pack and these are services aren't showing up, or any at all on some routes such as riveria line, which not even the standard clay services are not appearing.

This prevented me from taking part into a multiplayer score point system on Sunday with a youtube streamer, I've only noticed the issue yesterday, but this is all paid content and now I can't access it at all.

I've open a ticket, but no response as of yet. I did post on discord, but I was referred to the console side of it, which I posted Xbox for pc, then nothing was said afterwards. It's kind of frustrating knowing that I've purchased content and now I'm unable to access it. This has only happened ever so recently so I'm not too sure if this was something to do with the last previous update?

 

I'm experiencing the same thing. There's no option to select the Class 66 anymore, either in individual routes or from the full list of trains.

 

Yeah it's completely frustrating and now you can't even play the nuclear pack on Riveria line too the last update that was done has been quite appalling, not sure what's going on with the last update but it's for sure certainly bugged

 

Just an update with this post; Nothing was fixed after the last update we had yesterday also

 

I started experimenting with adding and removing DLC to see if it would have any impact on the problem, and stumbled upon somewhat of a workaround: if I have Brighton Main Line installed, suddenly the Class 66 appears again across all routes that support it.

Obviously, this makes no sense as that route shouldn't be a prerequisite, so there is a larger bug here that DTG really needs to address. But maybe if others having the issue try playing around with what content is installed, it could provide a temporary fix.

 

Thank you, once I uninstalled Manchester commuter it worked and I uninstalled the game twice and it's working but I'm not too sure if I'm missing services there's only 8 available on the modern timetable for Birmingham - Crewe

 

Thats right but if you own the blue 66 you should get another 10.

 

Same problem on Steam.

Riviera Class 66 services are nowhere to be found. I'll try the stuff tested in the thread.

 

Can confirm.
This is a reproducible bug with a reproducible fix, uninstalling Manchester Commuter makes Class 66 services reappear, but only Nuclear ones. It does not restore any of the Clay ones. Reinstalling it makes them disappear again.

 

Don't know if this is related but the other day I noticed the Class 66 was missing from both GWE Remaster timetables though the GWE Class 66 Journey was still accessible. I thought maybe it was a mod thing so I removed the two branding mods I had installed for GWE and the Class 66 reappeared in the timetables but I then added the branding patches back one at a time and the Class 66 is still there.

I wonder if its a random thing that can happen each time you load the game? I know there is an issue with locomotives getting randomly duplicated each time you load. For example if I select Cajon Pass and chose the ES44C4 it gives me a different number of options on the right with each game load. Sometimes there is 1 option, others as many as 5 as though there are 5 variants of the ES44C4.
