My observation is over your last few posts you like to gaslight other users. Are you aware you do this, or is this intent to elevate an agenda?
It makes me smile when i read.

I think if the user in question has been cited previously by DTG, been on DTG streams and has an extensive understanding of the area then you should perhaps employ a little gratitude for that free time they have given which likely equates to hundreds and hundreds of hours to support /advise /guide or playtest.

Maybe show a little decorum for other people. This is not your first post being really disrespectful to others and I hope being called out on it gives you something to critique me about and inflate yourself further.

 

I guess people who work on a route in any capacity can’t help provide information in this thread anymore without getting talked down to, I guess the forums here are actually cooked.

Back on course, it seems like the overspeed warning stays on after I get below speed and the brakes release. Is this supposed to happen and I’ve just done something wrong or is this also a bug that either has or may need to be reported?

 

Folks, Eddie is one our best beta testers and is doing an amazing job organizing community feedback since the route has released. I think this is a big misunderstanding, all he was saying was that he would ask the rest of the beta team if the sensitivity of the master controller is prototypical. Not many beta testers are on these forums.

Anyway, back to exploring the stations on the route and finding new awesome details

 

I frankly despair at some of conduct on here sometimes.

Someone is trying to help make the sim better and gets rounded upon unfairly.

And again, people wonder why DTG are here less.

 

Seems like some folks just constantly look for things to get angry and offended about, even if they have to create them. Guy clearly said he was a volunteer tester and said he'd sent it out to the team (of volunteers.)
It'd be like a test pilot saying "I'll discuss that with the other test pilots."
Then you yell "you didn't DESIGN the plane!"
It's just an odd reaction when someone is trying to he helpful.

One of the very few people on here who cares even a little bit about US content, and you've ripped them a new one for engaging with the community and trying to help.

Oooh, actually, I will go back and check my completed ones, pretty sure I had that in one of the Harlem services starting up at Woodlawn, Pulled in to 125th and ended up with a pair of trains flanking me, and heading down into Grand Central looked more Metro Rivals than TSW. The AI trains however pulled way ahead on the approach because I actually applied brakes on a slow curve, and they just rocketed through the tunnel at full line speed.

 

Just a couple of people trying their best to discredit the forum. They need to learn some manners. Actually they don't belong here.

I for one appreciate Eddie's contribution to this and other threads on US content and I hope he continues to post. Who cares what his position is as long as he shares his knowledge and expertise.

 

What is going on here?! It was a question from my side, and I just slept for a few hours, and everything completely got out of hand with a ban as the result… Why? Because someone was kindly helping me. Sorry, I don’t get it!! Sad that this is the outcome of someone trying their best.

I can only thank Max for his efforts here on the forum. People like him are worth cherishing.

 

Actually he's been posting and helping players for quite some time, going back at least to the Metrolink routes and always making it clear that he was a Beta tester. So no-one should have been confused. Please don't make excuses for those two ill-mannered posters. Have a good day.

 

Hello everyone, thank you R3DWolf91 for your clear and well-documented explanation of your question regarding the line model. It's a shame that this choice was dictated by specific dates, but the line's credibility is important depending on the era it's set in. It's a shame for the gameplay aspect, but that's the reality.
