looks like my ‘joke’ didn’t really come across well which is fair enough. it’s been one of those days where nothings gone right so i apologise to anyone who i confused. putting that to one side, this route looks absolutely fabulous and the attention to detail is so obvious, the optimisation work seems to have made a big difference too. well done to everyone involved, this is already looking like JT and AABS level work
Strood to Tonbridge is 26 miles, plus the 13 miles from Rainham to Gravesend making 39 miles of track in total
Only seen it played on PC, I am PRAYING for a somewhat smooth experience on the Xbox. Every release, console has suffered but given who's developing this route, I have my hopes set high. The route looks absolutely stunning!
I have a niggling feeling this route will be a blurry mess like Birmingham to Crewe is on console. I really hope I'm proven wrong
Well this route is apparently made with the fixes for that issue, so for me it’ll be a test of whether TSW has a future or not, on console.
It really does shine through, it felt like watching that stream Just Trains did with BPO and the NTB stream with TSG. That's what I appreciate so much just seeing how much you guys have put into this! Blown away by the lighting and just the scenery in general on this one. I feel like this route actually shows was TSW is capable of. It's good to hear that all has been smooth on beta testing (Xbox and steam deck etc) so hopefully that translates well to the release and we have some good performance! This feels like it could be quite a keystone moment for TSW especially in terms of the balance between detail and performance!
Only a small problem. Do class700 have improved auto brake system? I mean the system will kick off when the speed is under 2 mph.
