You say that, but IL-2 aircraft are much cheaper than DCS aircraft, $20ish versus $50 for a single war bird, and they're not Captain Sim quality at that price point. There also really isn't a comparable package in DCS that matches the "Battle of" packs, which contain 10 aircraft and a decent sized map, with a actual campaign mode, which DCS notoriously lacks. All despite the fact IL-2's the smaller game too boot.

If we are talking crisps, then Kettle Sea Salt and Balsamic Vinegar.

    Accept no substitute.

The simulation in DCS is on an entire different level to IL-2. I'd rather buy a single DCS plane, than everything IL-2 combined plane wise. The flight models alone are superior in DCS, never mind all the other features.

It staggered me when I found out that they'd bought Smith's out.

A brutal end to the war of opposite takes on which of cheese & onion and salt & vinegar should be in majority blue packaging and which should be in majority green.

I remember being mentally scared as a child by this betrayal, i hate cheese and onion, only to have opened said traitorous packet to find instead of the lip tingling sensation of salt and vinegar, i have the horror to discover my arch nemesis in crisp form.

    I still have nightmares.

I like the Honey Barbecue flavour from Kettle. But apparently, that's not available in the UK ...

I like to use that toilet to hide during conductor mode, so passengers won't bug me with stupid questions.

And also laying a clever 'poacher turned gamekeeper' trap for fare evaders?

I should walk back my criticism of toilets in trains.. The BBC published an " in depth " examination of the toilet ( I guess the only one ) in the Artemis II space capsule yesterday.

I guess the fascination with toilets is more widespread than I thought. :D

It seems to me that all aspects of life in a train are worthy of interest.
Eating (catering vehicles, RMB, RBR...), sleeping (sleeper cars have been mentioned recently), and then, what do we do with luggages, how are the coaches heated, etc, etc.
All these questions are legitimate and interesting.
What about the waste ? That's an equally legitimate question.

I think that not depicting the toilets is mainly laziness on the part of whoever claims to be representing the interior of a train.
When you do something, do it well, all the way through.

Now, then, it is true that some people may be fascinated by these places, [EDIT - Jan - Inappropriate]
But to be interested in these places or to feel an aversion to them for this reason, these are two sides of the same coin.
To each their own tastes, to each their own problems.
    I'm not judging, I'm not moralizing, I don't give a damn.
I want recreation of the real world.

Just give me access to the toilets ! :D

Which route? Which Train? Is this a mod for PCs only or it for all supported systems (PS5, Xbox)?

    Please and thank you
