Currently driving on Shap in the class 90 had to be done loving every minute of it well done Allan you have made a boy very very happy
Just tried it over Shap (as planned)... I could maintain a steady 105mph (full throttle) with a load of 12 Mk3s. I think they did a good job with Simugraph, because its operation matches what I've read, ie it accelerates a little less strongly than the 87 at low speeds, but it's more powerful and you can feel it at high speeds.
If that was 105mph at Shap summit then the loco appears to be over powered by some margin! Either that or the physics of the Mk3s are wrong.
That's quite possible, unfortunately. But as far as the physics are concerned, it's definitely better than what it was in TSC anyway...
