Evening all Just downloaded eden and shap from steam sounds supreme gone to my downloads and can not open it to install, it comes up as unconfirmed crdownload and asks for a program to open it with but everything i try does not seem to work. Ive opened tsc to see if its automatically installed but its not there. Any help would be gladly appreciated
There are 5 files to download from SSS and they have to be installed in sequence. Check where you have downloaded them to and see if you have all 5 If not go to your order page on SSS and download what is missing. Brill thank you, i dont have the 5 files for some reason i presumed i could download the route upto 5 times. Thanks for your help i really appreciate it.
You do not download the route 5 times. You download 5 files with different names which install the route and assets. Look in Downloads on your computer. Unlike purchasing something on Steam the route does not install itself - You have to do that.
"unconfirmed crdownload" suggests that the files are only partially downloaded. Could be down to glitch with the files or the browser was closed before the whole of the files were downloaded. I Would suggest you re-download or failing that contact SSS.
I was on my laptop with it hooked up to my phone as a internet hotspot, im thinking that must be the cause? Will be home tomorrow so i will delete and re download hopefully that will sort it. Thanks for all the replies
Just a quick update i got home and tried again but got the same result with the unconfirmed crdownload so i renamed each file with the appropriate name and managed to install all 5 of them.
