Asking same question, lowkey forget what week it usually happens. also forgot that we are now In April… time has really flown this year for me damn.
I'm sure they'll let us know in the announcements section. They are probably only just back from Easter break.
Roadmaps usually happen in the second week of the month but no later than the 10th (that I know). I'd expect they'll anounce the agenda today and release the roadmap tomorrow.
Unless the April roadmap includes: - Fix the class 90 - Fix the class 220 - Fix the class 385 before the Polar Ice caps melt I'll pass. Not really interested in dropping £32.99 on new DLC, even if it comes with free bugs.
All of them or at least one of the above? They are bound to say something about the class 90 (you can forget about the other two )
They still need to fix London to Brighton as it is so outdated, it does need optimisation, given that it came out on 7th October 2021, the route has a lot of potential
I predict April Roadmap will update us on the DB BR 420, Tadami gets a release date and there will be 5 brand new Freight Routes based in the US and Rivet Games will finally update the 385 sounds. Last but not least DTG will announce they will stop making a new TSW every single year and instead will just keep updating this game from where we are now and as a thank you for everyone who has supported this game we will get a route with Trams. In our dreams of course.
According to the April roadmap, the BR 147 is due to be released on Thursday 9 April 2026. https://live.dovetailgames.com/live.../article/train-sim-world-6-roadmap-april-2026
Felt like a smaller Roadmap this one. Tadami update was the highlight for me. Man does that route look unbelievable. Everytime they release new screenshots it looks better and better. It’s going to be a very incredible route. Seriously can’t wait for it.
I wonder what has happened to the Scotrail HST. Not a hugely interesting roadmap although there are plenty of releases upcoming still.
I was hoping they would announce that too… I’m more curious if that HST is going to be made with a route which I’m really hoping. We haven’t had Scotrail content in ages…
Nabbed this screenshot from Emil_OLT on the TSC server, looks like a NT 158 was supposed to be announced?
What would a Northern 158 even do in the game though? Only on MAC* and then ATS just used the Scotrail one anyway. *Aside from AI on ECML and Glossop
I was going to ask if any information would be shared regarding the GWR Class 387, as I understand Liam had been pushing for it to, it's been 2 months since it's informal announcement.
No mention of the GWR 387 either. Maybe the 158 will be included with a route? Edit: just seen the 387 mentioned. Maybe the roadmap is incomplete then.
Seems like the GWR 387 and NT 158 were removed last minute; The way this is written does suggest more new announcements than just this
Northern 158 will probably just have some runs along MAC to the airport (the SR 158 is currently doing them). Can’t see it doing much else & if the pricing follows the last couple of packs it would be a tough sell. I also have a sinking feeling it would be a separate TT.
They are fairly common IRL, at least on the Paignton - Exmouth route as I see them sitting at Platform 2 in Paignton fairly often.
Perhaps a new unannounced route? Though it beats me why this would be planned to have been announced if it's for a route that isn't announced
Hey folks - I've timestamped a few of the questions we answered, and also closed the Q&A thread where I answered even more questions not included on the Roadmap. Truthfully, I've answered almost all of the questions between the Roadmap and Q&A thread which we can give a responsible response to, so I'm hoping you should be able to find some detail where needed here - please take a look and let us know!
Only part of the WCML we have where they run is MAC. Could be were about to see a modernisation of TVL or NTP, other than that it’s AI on a few existing routes.
