Is this just a reskin or will it include a new locomotive? If it's going for $19.99 and won't include a new locomotive or anything else particularly interesting it really isn't worth it.
Hi Random Railfan, this is essentially the same loco with a few changes, a new livery, new scenarios, and new wagons. This will also be offered as a bundle with Enhancement Pack 04 with a discount provided.
It is not quite a reskin as the loco features the older design of Pantographs and the Coaches don't have the Automatic doors of those in the previous pack Peter
