    It looks like I’m locked out of my PS account permanently which had all my DLC for TSW. I can’t recover the email address I used when I made the account which was way back in 2011 - 2012 or something. It’s a very old email address which I no longer use and haven’t for years now. I have a different email address I use. My password is totally completely forgotten. My account was always logged in for years when I’d fire up the Playstation but ever since the age verification thing it logged me out and now I have no way of getting back into my account. What I REALLY dislike is how bought content is locked onto the account you bought it with. If you make a new account you have to rebuy everything again even if it’s on the same console. It never used to be like this. Shame on SONY for doing this. I wouldn’t have been bothered so much if I could just redownload all my purchases onto a new account but it looks like you can’t do that.

    I guess I have to start from square one all over again. Unless anyone has any advice that could help me out… I really don’t know what to do. I feel like there isn’t anything I can do here…

    Standard thing to do in that situation is contact the service provider. Their customer support line usually have account recovery processes you can do with their CS reps to prove it's your account.

    I've personally had to walk people through this process in my old job on several occasions. Be patient with them and try to have as much relevant info as possible. A useful one is to have your bank statements handy so you can list exact dates and amounts of payments you made to them.

    I’m really sorry to hear that and I know how you feel. I had a similar issue happen to me on my American PSN account, lost a bunch of games.
    That was all down to changing my phone number.
    I really hope you’re able to speak to someone and get this resolved.
