Stuttering

    strugalling with stuttering on all routes and all trains even with the lowest graphics settings I really can not work out why its been fine up unitl recently and now its unplayable. Any ideas I want to avoid verifiying the files as this will cause more harm than good. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

    Graphics: RTX 3050 with DLSS
    Processor - Ryzen 5 4500 6 Core 12 threads 4.1Ghz Turbo
    Memory - 16GB
    Motherboard - A520 with DDR4

    Are you sure the RTX3050 is being used rather than the GPU on the CPU if it has one?
