My local station is Coventry so would love to see the missing link of Milton Keynes-Birmingham New Street.

I think it's likely we see it soon in one way or the other as the bit between MK and Rugby could be duplicated from Trent Valley and from Rugby to New Street is less than 40 miles. Adding the Northampton loop shouldn't be too much work should they want to put it in.

    My top picks would be:
    1. Chiltern Main Line with a class 68
    2. Chatham Main Line with Ramsgate
    3. C2C with the Rainham branch
    4. Merseyrail

It doesn't matter as long as it's a new company and differents rolling stock because I feel like since TSW 5 we're always dealing with the same companies, only Cardiff with TFW is new.

But if I had to choose one, it would be c2c and the LTS line

Ditto, not surprisingly since it's my local route and I've been cheerleading for it to be added to TSW for years. It has to be the entire route though, from Shoeburyness to London Fenchurch Street with both the main line and the Tilbury loop.

    Either;
    • Doncaster to Leeds (with the class 91 as the deluxe loco)
    • Doncaster to Cleethorpes
    • Or a Sheffield route (perhaps combine 1 and 3 but maybe that'll be too much)
Basically what my signature says lol

Northern section of the ECML - Newcastle to Berwick or maybe Edinburgh.
Wherry Lines - Norwich to Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Sheringham.
GWR - Reading to Bristol TM via both Box and Badminton or...
Swindon to Cardiff Central via Severn Tunnel.
GE Suburban - Liverpool Street to Southend.

London Waterloo to either Portsmouth or Weymouth, including Class 450, 444, 701 and 458.
    London Liverpool Street to Norwich.
    The North Wales line.
    Cardiff to Shrewsbury.
Kings Cross - Peterborough including the Hertford Loop.

There are so many good route options, unfortunately I don’t think we will see any of these.

    Another options for me:

ECML York-Newcastle (if possible Doncaster-Newcastle for it to be joined to the existing ECML route)
    Bristol-Cardiff or Swansea
    NWML Crewe-Holyhead

I like the idea of a Waterloo Commuter route encompassing as many lines as possible.

    Waterloo - Guildford via Woking
    Waterloo - Guildford via Coham
    Waterloo - Hampton Court
    Waterloo - Shepperton
    Waterloo - Weybridge
    Waterloo - Chessington South
Waterloo - Reading (at a stretch)

I'm probably missing one or two more but I think it has the potential to be really interesting. We already have the PDL in TSC and IMO it's quite nice to look at visually but isn't the most fun to drive. On the other hand we don't have much of the commuter lines in TSC.

If DTG were willing to they could turn back the clock only a few years for maximum variety: we could have the 707, 458, 455, 456, 444, and 450 all running about. Including Woking and Guildford allows for some fast and semi-fast runs as well. Would be a massive route but would definitely be worth it.

Don't think Stadler allow access to their stuff for modelling recently (ATS 745/755 for TSC being the exception)

TBH i would love the full route from Edinburgh to Aberdeen, it's a truly beautiful route, lots of inclines and speed changes to keep you occupied too.

For me, ECML Kings Cross Peterborough, or some route with BTM, or North Wales Coast.

I’d much rather see TSW expand the ECML for LNER beyond the usual Peterborough–Doncaster section. A full London King’s Cross to York route—covering Peterborough, Doncaster, and York—would capture the real character of the line far better.

And if they ever extended it all the way to Edinburgh, it would finally give players a true sense of what the full long‑distance LNER experience feels like in real life.

Merseyrail electrics, if we have modern time then it will be those new 777 units but 507/508s could be made easily enough if the devs used the 313/314 that already exists to make a much more exciting transition period. It has some "stop start" but also longer runs as well as the underground section in Liverpool city centre giving a really good mix of passenger workings.

I’m always going to be biased towards Scottish content when it comes to UK routes so I’d like to see a new Glasgow Route. A long one. Not another Cathcart Circle type route. I’m gonna say something like Glasgow - Crianlarich.

40 miles end to end on the main line via Basildon. About twice that much track in total including the Tilbury loop and Ockendon branch.

Bit of a stretch, but the Swindon-Bristol-Gloucester triangle would be amazing. Even better if they could tack Westbury on the side…

Or how about a more freight-oriented route like Westbury-Cardiff, if it was set a couple of years back it’d be a great route for the upcoming class 70, and another playground for the GWR 80x and 166. Throw in a GWR variant of the 158 too?

    Inverness to Aberdeen
    IMG_3263.png

With the Class 158, 170 and HST’s being the driven force.

No AHLE, A/C power here. It’s a DMU paradise.

A fairly long route though, clocking in at around 108 miles and pushing just over the 2 hour mark journey time.

Birmingham to Peterborough via Leicester for me.

Using Cross Country 170, layers could include 220, EMT HST, EMT 158, LNER 801, etc etc.

I am not from Great Britain and have no Idea if something like this would be possible.

I would love to See the Missing Link between Southeastern High-speed and Medway Valley Line.

Faversham - Ashford International - Tonbridge

I think too adding to that the Liberty line (3 miles), that wouldn't be bad idea. :)
