PC Vicarstown Speed Error

Approach speed to Vicarstown is incorrect on the HUD, Shows as 70 when the actual speed on is 20

 

The HUD shows 70 before passing the 20 speed sign, the HUD is incorrectly showing 70 as the upcoming change to speed limit.

 

I think there's a misunderstanding here. Indeed the speed limit changes when you pass the sign, so the marker indicating the speed limit change should be showing "21yd / 20" as per the speed sign, not "21yd / 70".
