This loco is meant to be paired with Just Trains Class 142 pack for Cardiff City Network

The Class 121 is a Diesel Mechanical Unit built by Pressed Steel between 1960 and 1961, these were the longest serving DMUs in Britain running until 2017.

This DMU uses the same gear selecting mechanism found on the Class 101 from Tees Valley Line and WCML: Over Shap Routes, and the Class 108 on the upcoming Carlisle - Whitehaven route

This DMU is mainly seen doing the Cardiff Bay Shuttles on Cardiff City Network until its retirement in 2011/2012

Players would benefit from the Classic DMU running the Shuttle between Cardiff Queen Street and Cardiff Bay, a BR DMU sporting the Arriva Livery would balance out those who want to run a Classic DMU whilst also enjoying a modern route.

The Price of this Loco would be £12.99

In Conclusion, the Class 121 would be a much needed addition to the game, due to how iconic it is in the BR Landscape and how much variety it would add to Just Trains Arriva Timetable of Cardiff City Network.

This is not only for the variety, but also the common fact that we need to have more of these Diesel Mechanical Units in game, as they have a different way of driving with the gear selecting mechanism.

    Thank you all for Viewing!

£12.99 for a bubble car in one livery, for one type of service that wouldn’t be realistic in the 2019 CCN timetable?
I’d rather have it for like £9.99, cuz 13 smackeroonies just seems to much for what you get.

Agree. Definitely a needed train but would need service layers on other suitable routes - WCL, the forthcoming Thames Valley Branches etc. to justify a £10+ selling price.

Another nice little route for this would be Princes Risborough to Aylesbury if it ever got made as part of a wider Chiltern network.
