PlayStation Not On Discord?. Blur Findings.

Okay just a quick one.

After picking up a story from the great vine I thought I’d open this thread for those without access or desire to use Discord.
Now it’s to do with reporting blur textures and what DTG have set up to fully understand.
For the teams to gain a full understanding calls for more investigation and analysis obtained from users findings.

THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL THREAD OR PLACE TO REPORT.
NOR HAS THIS THREAD BEEN SET UP BY ANY OFFICIAL DTG/OTHER OFFICIAL STAFF MEMBER.

It’s to openly discuss our findings. Be with DTG/ 3rd Party models or how liveries or any subscribed cc content impacts your overall experience. Ie for my first findings is focused on the Class 66. Be 3rd Party or DTG, the class seems for me to be a main culprit. Being a long time creator also encountered many problems with blur texture or folding decals. I will present more when time allows.

As we are a community using a DTG forum then if any information provided by us could also come in handy for DTG and those not involved with Discord. IF USERS WANTS ANY OFFICIAL RESPONSE/ ACTION THEN A USER MUST USE THE OFFICIAL CHANNELS.

So have a chat, discuss your thoughts/findings, even possibly work arounds. Ie I found that by restarting before commencing a route tends to remove any unnecessary issues.

And if wanting to provide any clear information about a finding then like the official method is too report.
A summary.

Route.
Location.
Unit driving.
Unit/stock that’s causing blur.
Weather conditions/ time of day.
Users settings (UGC). What DLC layer.
User system, console/pc.
Title used.

Yep, the magic powers enable you to post long, rambling tirades on a forum for a train game that are rather tiresome.

 

Me currently still reading the opening post.

 

My wife has a saying when I start rambling on…
You use a sentence when a word would do.
You use a paragraph when a sentence would do.
You use a chapter when a paragraph would do.
You recite the whole book when all I want is the chapter.
And so on.

I’m not a fan of tweet style abbreviated posts either but if someone (not just the OP) is taking 20 minutes to write or feed into AI such long rambling essays, wouldn’t that time be better spent just playing and enjoying the game. Or any game!

 

What do you think happens on Discord?
Discord isnt a magic place where every problem you mention is solved or whatever you think happens there.

Maybe use the energy to actually join discord instead of writing these useless threads.
