Tsw6 Content Is Missing

The BR 145 NV expert is missing in free mode ,
And I noticed some display issues that don't match the official game, even though the game was downloaded from Epic Games. Here are some screenshots.
You can see that the buttons circled in red are not official.
and I have no installed mode;
I think the content downloaded from the Epic Games Store doesn't match the official version because I'm experiencing other bugs; for example, I activate all the security systems in the scenarios and I don't receive the bonus points.

 

What is the reason the button pictograms were changed to check that the person can read English?

 

In the screenshots, one part is written in French and another in English.

 

The buttons on the class 805 is a bug introduced with the latest patch, you're not the only one.

 

There are other buds on a wagon; the distribution cutoff is reversed. Normally it's closed and not open like in the screenshot.
In the other screenshot, the valve is open while the lever is in the closed position, and the train has no brakes on any of the wagons; only the locomotive has brakes Frankfurt-Fulda br 145 expert DGE ( 91271 ) offenbach GHF

 

That looks like the service instructions were not translated. I use TSW in English so I don't know if DTG usually translates these, but if they do then you will need to report the bug to DTG.
