Can one of the designers make more of the London Underground lines? So far we only have the Bakerloo line. Some of the lines I would like to be considered are:

    Central
    Circle
    District
    Hammersmith & City
    Piccadilly
    Northern
    Victoria
    Metropolitan

Oft requested but DTG have repeatedly stated Bakerloo Line went significantly over budget due to the complexities of light baking the tunnels and sub surface stations so the chances of them doing another is unlikely. Best hope might be a 3P such as JT deciding to revisit the Met Line which they did for TSC.

I think each of those has had its own suggestion thread in the past, the search function is your friend. Personally I'd happily buy any of those except the Victoria line, as I've said multiple times in multiple threads; it's fully underground, fully automatic operations.
Or more likely, a future hypothetical Unreal Engine 5 train sim.

My personal ideal setting for any tube or sub surface line would be the late 70’s or early 80’s when the older far more interesting stock types were in service and you could still go to Ongar on the Central Line. And yes, anything ATO is a complete turn off.

Yeah, the Victoria is a big no as I stated when it was last suggested. We need to be avoiding lines that are mostly in single bore tunnels as it's just you and that little bit of light. It's also pretty exhausting stop/starting and going from bright lights to dark tunnels every minute, I honestly have no idea how drivers cope with it.

The sub-surface lines would represent a far more interesting challenge in my opinion, you see daylight regularly in the central section, you see trains passing by in the tunnels and the majority of the mileage on the Met, District and H&C is in the open.

The pay is very high so that probably helps.

Possibly, but working for a national rail TOC isn't far behind on pay and you don't have the health issues caused by a lack of daylight and the shear amount of particulate in the tunnels that gets into your respiratory system. And there's depots all over the South East saving you the hassle of commuting into the city.

But I am glad some people prefer working for the tube. I appreciate them even more since ATO made the job considerably less interesting.

we can safely rule out any deep-level lines for now, but i think a subsurface route is possible. most likely the metropolitan line, as the vast majority of it isn’t located within central london

Yeah, the working conditions are not the greatest I should imagine.

Apart from the glitchy signalling (run with SPAD's turned off) the Virtual District Line in TSC is quite nice.

Yes, it's a cracking route. It was my local Underground line and they've captured the sounds of the trains and tunnels really well. The R Stock sounds in particular are impressive.
I'm hoping for the last section out to Upminster but I suspect it's a bit of nightmare to model.
