Yeah the save system is pretty borked in general (lost count of how many times the objective just disappears) though the only CTD's I've encountered were on the Paddington-Reading enhanced/updated route. I only saved on B2C once and didn't get to load it again as the update wiped it so can't say if the issue would happen on that route (this is on PC by the way).
Yeah, just re-ran it... got to the signal (CE107) just as it turned amber this time - decided to stop anyway to see if I could get going again. This time it worked... random weird non-reproducible bug, then. I guess I'm relieved, sort of
I finally finished the 1D80 0530 BIRMINGHAM NS TO HOLYHEAD Class 805. What I couldn’t do before was change to diesel mode, open the doors and get finished screen. Now it worked and I even could go to free roam, and watch the train. Blurry textures when entering platform at Stafford. Blurry textures at Crewe on trains and posters, but NOT on the Class 390. And no crash on my Xbox! That’s a relief.
Series X I still get blurry textures on the reduced modern time table within 5 minutes of playing. Only 8 layers active Just spent a day reinstalling to see if there was actually any difference and no not really
1G85 Manchester to Birmingham - Modern Timetable, Voyager Service. The timetable only goes as far as Wolverhampton. It then has instructions for what you are meant to do at Birmingham (Couple to another unit), but doesn't have Birmingham in the timetable, so you are left at Wolverhampton on a lock door command with no further instructions.
are all aboard aware that the route is still exactly the same in terms of textures on xbox? i was really hoping the update last week would fix them but it doesn’t seem to have worked and would appreciate some clarity over if and when it’ll be fixed
I’ve seen improved performance on the reduced timetable with all freight layers disabled but still poor in some places.
350/2 post update a few graphical issues only affecting the first class coach (400) also noticed before and after the update that the blurriness starts at Penkridge with a 350/2 Forgot to add on PS5
just done a full length 350 service on xbox series x (1F56), and the blurring is definitely worse since the update. they appeared as soon as i got out the tunnel at new street, fluctuated between there and cosely, then remained for the rest of the service. the /3 brakes also seem very weak as well?
My friend get this crash at random. PC/Steam, RTX 4070, Only ballast textures mod. He says there were no crashes before the update. LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 208] Renaming an object (Texture2D /Engine/Transient.Texture2D_2147275528) on top of an existing object (Texture2D /BirminghamCrewe/Map/Tiles/ST_x-101_y-116.ST_x-101_y-116:PersistentLevel.GJR_List_BoardWhite2_2.DynamicDisplayBoard.DisplayBoard_LayoutTexture) is not allowed
That's true why has the 350/3 weaker brakes than the other members of the family ? It spoils the immersion because you have to slam on the brakes at every station otherwise you overshoot the platform. Hope it'll be acknowledged and fixed in the next patch
Agree all of the 350 class trains need to be fixed so they achieve parity in breaking strength, somewhere in between the 350/1 and the 350/3 would be great, 350/1 feels too strong and the 350/3 is weak as heck
Don't know if it's been mentioned already but just south of Wolverhampton station people are walking along the canal footpath - aka National Cycle route 81 - but they are not walking on the ground, they are floating above. As a result when they walk "under" a footbridge, they are actually clipping the bridge and you can see their heads poking through.
Tried to load up an 807 service on BHM to CRE. 2005 to Crewe PS5 and I have spawned at Oxley Depot and the train isn't at New Street
Had another run on this route after buying Trent Valley. The missing AWS sounds for the signals south of Crewe and approaching Coseley on the Down Stour have been fixed and the neutral section at Whitmore between Crewe and Stafford has been added in too
