Route Route Leeuwarden-bad Nieuweschans

    This is an dutch diesel route operated by arriva. Its 90,7 kilometers long and has 17 stations in total. Those being:
    -Leeuwarden
    -Leeuwarden camminghaburen
    -Hurdegaryp
    -Feanwálden
    -Buitenpost
    -Grijpskerk
    -Zuidhorn
    -Groningen
    -Groningen europapark
    -Kropswolde
    -Martenshoek
    -Hoogezand-sappemeer
    -Zuidbroek
    -Scheemda
    -Winschoten
    -bad nieuweschans
    The line uses 2 DMU types. These being the GTW and the WINK. Both are built by stadler rail. The line has an running speed of 125 kmh and uses the ATB beveiligingssysteem.

    I'd rather see a Dutch route with NS trains, but I guess this could be interesting too.

    You should actually extend this all the way to Oldenburg Central Station via Leer Ostfriesland

    I agree with you this line actually goes all the way to Germany The Missing Link is this 129 km Oldenburg Leer Ostfriesland Groningen

    Given the actual service paterns (Once the Friesenbrücke has been reopened) I feel like making the route up to Leer makes more sense then all the way to Oldenburg.

    You are correct but the reason why they would want to do Oldenburg is simple root hopping breaking it down as 44 km Bremen Oldenburg 161km Leeuwarden Groningen Bad Nieuwschans Leer(Ostf) Oldenburg
