Not a route this one, I've already made a long request for a SWT era Wimbledon to Guildford/Alton route. But, this is a general request please for Mk1 EMU slam door stock. I really think the game is missing a huge trick here not bringing these into play. Not only are they bursting with character, there are enough examples around to scan, a good sound package already available for CEPs in TSC by Armstrong. The CEP recently produced was exceptional. Any replication of that for the SouthEastern High Speed, Medway Valley or best of all London to Brighton DLCs would be greatly appreciated. Guard mode and driver both facilitated - naturally!
Definitely do! I would love to see a period Southern Region route with REP's, CIG's, CEP's and VEP's. plus the various suburban types and last but not least the 4TC sets detaching at Bournemouth for a bit of Crompton thrash down to Weymouth.
REPs......the dream to be honest. Would love something late 80s on the Basingstoke to Weymouth line with REPs/TCs/33s/Wessex Electrics. The sight of NSE red lamp posts and solari indicator boards with muffled station announcements is exciting enough too
My grail would be inclusion of the Weymouth Quay line. I never got to travel over it, but walked the length a fair few times. Now most of it is lifted and gone.
