PS5 Crash When Returning To Saved Game

I saved a Class 350/4 run on WCML Trent Valley just outside Tamworth, went back to main menu, but every time I try to resume it, the game crashes. So that's an hour's driving lost

 

Just dont start in saved games since TSW exist save games never worked just drive somthing that is in your time

 

Usually not had this problem so that's why I posted about it.
