Hi folks I have decided to have a go at building a route in the editor but im stuck on one part of setting my route up. I have set the folders up, added kml data and set the tod4 to 1200 but the next step has confused me as i seem to be missing a folder named “main build data registry”. I have looked in the other folders in my project but just have the “main” in my map folder the other 3 folders are empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank.
Hello! I have never heard of or needed a folder with this name. Is something causing an error or a crash? You probably created a new PlugIn and created the folders, right? Which Editor Version did you use (TSW4, 5, 6)?
Hi thanks for the reply, im using tsw6 editor and ive been reading a guide on route building. I created the plugin and the folders as it suggests and just got into starting to set the route up.
Okay, that sounds about right so far but like I said, I´ve never heard of a folder called “main build data registry”. What tells you, that you are missing that folder? Is there an error or something or is something not working as it should?
It features in the guide although its from 2023 and tsw4. I have attatched a screen shot of the guide and missing file
Oh, that thing. I´m quite sure, that you don´t get or need that file in the TSW6 Editor anymore. You can just carry on without that and everything should work just fine.
