Xbox PC Jt Preston To Carlisle Ue4 D3d Error

Hi,
I just bought the JT preston to Carlisle and every time I try to run it I experience a UE4 D3D error that crashes the game and I need to restart my computer, this only occurs with this route and I've tried lowering the settings to the lowest possible setting but it still occurs. The error for reference is 0x887A007. I have included a screenshot for reference.

 

To be curious what are your'e pc specs? The screenshot that you shared shows extremely low fps and the quality of the game is also very low.... It can be possible that your'e pc isnt match the minimum requirements

 

first thing is always share the system specs of your pc when reporting a game stopping bug
and in what resolution the game runs

 

my pc specs are,
processer - amd ryzen ai 7 445 with radeon 840m
16gb ram
amd ryzen 840m gpu

 

Sorry but you're PC is to slow to run TSW6. Laptops are in general not fitted for gaming and more build for work related stuff.

 

yeah it requires the lowest settings in TSW to be able to even run it (use a very low resolution too so it uses less memory)
it certainly will not run the latest routes
it might run some older routes

I find this surprising because I can run other routes and modern routes such as the refreshed gwe and nec ny to Trenton and southeastern high speed completely fine with The full timetable. I never had issues on other triple a games or any other tsw routes

 

For reference my fps is capped at 40 to try and limit gpu usage, right before the screenshot was taken the game was running fine at around 30 fps with medium screen settings with the texture and effects set to high. This at least in my experimenting did not significantly affect fps on other routes.

 

When is the last time you update you're GPU drivers? For some reason you're GPU is crashed and unresponsive by this message so maybe you're can try to update you're GPU drivers. If it is the latest version its more then likely you're PC has to struggle with the game and crashed

 

I got the pc as a gift about a month ago, so I doubt it's that. I've run it with the amd tracker and surprisingly

 

Surprisingly the gpu was running maybe 80ish %

you could try lower the sky and shadow quality unless you got those already set to lower then very high
in what resolution are you running?

 

Im running 1680 by 500 I believe and 80% screen resolution but I've been playing around with it
