The driving physics feel wrong. Even with the throttle to ON on a 0.9 downhill grade, the loco stops if throttle isn’t added. Then, when you try to add throttle but keep the speed low 10-15mph, the loco speeds up rapidly then when you take the throttle off it seems to slow down and almost come to a stop. The throttle control is terrible with the ps5 controller. The throttle control is terrible when using the R1 button or manually trying to set the throttle percentage. Same problem with Class 20. The trains just constantly want to slow down and stop. The trains are an absolute misery to drive on this route which is a shame because it’s such an interesting route. UPDATE: It may be just that scenario as I just did the Merry Go Round scenario and it was great. This may definitely be one of the best routes in the game. Props to the Devs for releasing a patch so quickly.
Did you release the loco brake? Its the handle on the left of the desk. Sounds like you did not release this brake
