According to the typical TSW-cycle the next route is to be american, they teased us a small glimpse of the next one with a possible CN route ( an SD-40 on the old scheme ? ). If I’m correct about the CN it won’t have a passenger consist, right ? Here’s a screen of the teaser as I can’t post the facebook link nor the saved video:
CN hasn't run passenger trains since basically the creation of Via Rail (except for the Hudson Bay line, I think? CN guys, correct me.). That's not to say passenger can't happen, as Via shares CN and CP lines in Canada, and most of the CN mainline in the US is used by Amtrak's City of New Orleans, as well as some of the Illinois service trains. It's just highly unlikely that it'll host passenger, especially because DTG's teasers of passenger/freight lines usually focus on the passenger train(s). Although I did catch this guy in 2018...
I think the CN DLC will have the GP9 and another GP38....I wonder why they don't release a six axle locomotive. I'm going to get this DLC anyway.
