The ICE 4 is Germany's newest generation of Intercity Express (ICE) trains, built for fast, comfortable, and energy-efficient long-distance travel. Operated by Deutsche Bahn, it entered service in 2017 and forms the backbone of Germany's high-speed rail network. With a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph), the ICE 4 features spacious seating, free Wi-Fi, bicycle spaces, modern passenger information systems, and improved accessibility, providing a reliable and comfortable journey across Germany and into neighbouring countries. The ICE4 is one of the most requested german EMUs in the game, and rightly so, due to its vast expansion around the DB network. This Train fits perfectly into Kassel Wurzburg and Frankfurt Fulda, as it is a frequent train along both of the routes. Overall, as one of the most requested trains on the german side of TSW, this deserves its place in TSW, and would be a beneficial loco dlc for German TSW Players
I don't even play German routes that much, but I agree that it's about time we got more ICE rolling stock
I believe that after the manufacturers fixed the welding defects and some other minor issues, DB approved it back to its original designated speed, which was a bit higher? maybe I remember wrong (also, I think some variants of 412 can go 265 kph) ICE3 Neo would also be worth considering
Looks like it happened, germanys most requested loco, ticked off the list! German players got justice this year!
