As Someone Who Is On Gen 8 And Upgrading To Gen 9/Xbox Series X I'm Going To Be Getting Preston To Crewe Class 90 What Else Would You Recommend Me To Get (I Only Buy UK Add-Ons) Or Save My Money And Wait

 

I'd recommend Medway Valley line if you like electrostars.
If you don't already have these, I'd recommend them too if you like classic 80s traction.:
Blackpool Branches (Blackpool, Preston, Ormskirk)
The class 86 and coaches adds to the preston routes on the west coast mainline.

It all depends on what you prefer to drive and which DLCs you already own.

 

I wouldn't bother with the class 90 big let down very few jobs doesn't layer into anything and its timetable is dead.

 

I Only Want To Get It Because Its Related To The Class 91

 

I Have Blackpool Branches And The Class 86 But When Cumbrian Coast Comes Out I Will Get It But I'll Think Of Medway Valley Line

 

At this point I would wait and see what DTG announce at Direct. It's only three weeks away.

 

That's My Plan But I Was Thinking Ahead

 

Medway Valley is great, as are the remasters of ECW and GWE. For the latter you do need the appropriate layers for it to really come alive though.

 

It really depends on what kind of services you like. I've got Blackpool Branches, but definitely have my eye on the other Just Trains Preston stuff (Over Shap and Preston - Crewe). I'd love to see them do Preston to Manchester Piccadilly, or the East Lancashire line through to Colne. Northern Transpennine is set around the same time as Blackpool Branches give or take a year or three, and includes a lot of the same kinds of services/jobs: Shunting with the Gronk, freight, intercity stuff between Victoria & Leeds, and more local commuter runs either side of the main tunnel such as Huddersifled to Leeds and back. It doesn't have the same level of detail due to it being a pack from TSW2020, but it's still a good DLC with plenty to do.
