Ukts Archive.org Files Gone?

Just read the following comment on Train Sim Community:

"UKTS files don't exist anymore. Archive.orgs UKTS gone."

Is this true? If so, why?

Appears to be back online, but it is too slow as of 11:50.
I'd stay out for now - I don't think archive.org is the fastest website around.
