PC Bug Report: "leipzig's Big Helper" Scenario - Contacting Dispatcher Objective Won't Complete

Scenario Name: Leipzig's Big Helper (莱比锡大帮手)
Route: Bahnstrecke Leipzig - Dresden
Locomotive: DB BR 294
Game & System Info:

• Platform: PC (Steam)
• Game Version: Train Sim World 6: Deluxe Edition [1]

Issue Description:
During the scenario, after contacting the dispatcher for the second time using the physical in-cab telephone, the objective fails to register as completed.
Specifically, after making the call, the signal ahead successfully changes to green, and the UI prompt instructs me to proceed according to the signal. However, the "Contact the Dispatcher" task remains unchecked on my screen, and the instructions for the next task fail to appear or trigger. If I ignore the stuck UI and drive forward to perform the subsequent maneuvers anyway, the scenario becomes completely soft-locked and cannot be completed.
