As the title states, I am trying to view a engine script .OUT file which is the .LUA file before it is stupidly converted into a .OUT file that cannot be readable

Is there any way to convert them back to .LUA or .TXT or how on earth or whatever planet Kuju was from! How am I supposed to view or edit .OUT files so that I can ideally learn how engine script .LUAs are written?

It is not the .LUA was converted to an .OUT file so it is not readable it to stop people editing them.

People would edit a .LUA file then put use the info in something they are creating

Thanks for clearing that up! I just assumed it was because when I opened the .OUT file it does state in the text engine script along with all that compressed information, so I assumed it being the .LUA engine script

I'm just not very well educated and never completed high school, so trying to figure out how to write up the engine script .LUA file from scratch is just confusing

These .out files are not meant to hide something. They are what is called compiled code so the runtime does not the compile it itself but just can run it (faster). And .out is just a TSC used extension (Some other games use it too). The normal used one is .luac. There is no easy way to de-compile them. There are some well hidden tools out there (no, i don't know where and how they are called) but the results are far from readable code. LUA is a quite easy language and everyone can learn it. The hard part is to know what you can do in TSC with it (and what not). There are no receipts for doing things in LUA for TSC. You have to learn by trying out. Especially when it gets more complex in what you want to do. TSC brings obstacles and LUA in the used version too.
