So will all these routes(and potential rolling stock) be announced in the Direct? I won't be able to watch it unfortunaly, but a new NL and Austrian route is making me very excited.
Looks interesting to me although the UK route isn't possibly the most interesting. I'm very interested in the third party offerings.
Available on the PS store. If possible, I'll probably just purchase the UK stuff as that's what I'm interested in. Assuming the base game is a free download again.
UK route seems to be Leeds to Bradford and Skipton PROBABLY since line name announced and Bradford and Leeds seem to be on the trailer
I did pause the part at 1:47:47 remaining approx and looked like 4 uk routes total. One by ats and another by all aboard and then two by new studios

I noticed the Tyne Bridge popped up on the live stream countdown. Maybe held some goodies back for the direct. And additionally just notice on the 6 (at least) Take a ticket route reveal, has a route that starts with an E. Edinburgh - Newcastle?
The description says Leeds & Bradford - Skipton & Ilkley so it sounds like the direct link from Leeds - Guiseley (where it meets the Bradford line and goes onto Ilkley) might also be included. If it is then I'll be very interested to see how many unique landmarks (Armley jail, Kirkstall Abbey, Kirkstall house/museum, Airedale leisure centre, Netherfield park & Guiseley town football club, the first ever Harry Ramsdens on White Cross, the infamous High Royds mental hospital at Menston, Cow & calf rocks on Ilkley moor...and above everything else my grandma's house, to name but a few) will be replaced with generic buildings and industrial units
If it's got all 4 destinations then it gets high praise from me. New traction in the ugly (but probably nice to drive) Civity and the Siemens units. It's a busy little network, occassional LNER train too. I hope Neville Hill is included for depot runs. Eastern Region. Let's go!!!!!
Well, that makes it a 100% copy of the Maxtracks route in TSC. I wonder if Maxtracks was involved with this? It seems a little weird otherwise.
The Northern route is the Airedale and Wharfedale lines with the 331 being the train included. The 333 fishbowl is a separate add-on or part of the deluxe and ultimate editions.
Got to admit, although I was expecting it as the core, I'm really excited for the Airedale & Wharfdale lines. That's what you call a proper network! I didn't see the Class 331 making an appearance so it was a pleasant surprise. The Class 333 is more sought over by me though. However saying that, I'll need to see how it performs on Gen9 before getting to excited... I'm wondering if one of the take a ticket routes will reveal the Northern Class 158 for another route and layers onto the flagship DTG route.
The passengers look less creepy and almost human like and I noticed animated cows too. Given the past behaviour of TSW passengers, will these unfortunate cows also end up wandering along the tracks? Anyone up for hamburger? We had "Expect the unexpected" for SIX so what is the SEVEN catchphrase going to be? Maybe "Expect to be disappointed and underwhelmed".

Don't forget that the trailer isn't a gameplay video. Previously, DTG simply created custom trailer scenes that had nothing to do with the game. And the level of detail in the vegetation and the cows suggests to me that this time some part of the trailer was custom-made too.
Where was the shot relating to edinburgh being in game possibly? Edinburgh to Newcastle? Someone mentioned a tease quickly?
Not everyone will be happy. It was my turn for disappointment over TSW3, TSW4, TSW5 and TSW6. But TSW7 is looking good for me this time. We all have to take the rough with the smoothe.
Damn Transport Fever 3 releasing in September put an even bigger obstacle in front of my TSW7 purchase. Even if I would have changed my mind to buy the base edition, knowing that TPF3 releases the same month it feels much easier to skip TSW7 for now, and pick up just a regional bundle later on. I just hope the new "features" are something that applies accross routes and is not specific to new content so there is at least a point for getting the free upgrade on release.
Think I'll be sticking to the free edition, unless we're seeing the banishment of blurry textures. Yes....I know :P
Ooh Matt's wrong there, the 333 isn't a moved 332, they were bought separately (333s later), and the 332s have all been scrapped.
So, Mistake by Matt regarding the 333. They have never worked the Heathrow express. Same type of train sure, but not the same class.
