Birmingham Crewe was ATS’s original route, but when the split happened and AABS was formed they took that over. I can’t remember where MAC came from but I don’t think ATS was involved in the initial making of it.
To bad both ECML routes London and Doncaster ones are in the wrong era as my dream to have a valenta hst in tsw with GNER since there my chilhood trains and there are no other routes for the right era for valenta
Couldn’t agree more. With a bit of work, hopefully a third party can pick up the Valenta varient and perhaps take a run at remastering Doncaster - Peterborough early 2000s!
That blue GNER livery was beautiful as well, would love a mod timetable set in that era, especially if we got the 91 too.
GNER featured one of the best UK liveries of all time, Imo! Good, old times . Would die to see something like this in game .
Never really liked that livery, the Intercity Swallow livery is the king of liveries. Or a two-tone green Deltic and a rake of maroon Mk 1s.
My childhood lively that is been going on the 91 since I was little main I love gner would a backdated Kings Cross before rebuild when it was dark
The route looks like it'll be set in the current era going by the images on the KX approaches. So it'll be the Thameslink/Great Northern "livery" and LNERs two liveries. Maybe a few GBRs will be about by then too. I get the feeling those owning the 387 pack will get a wider selection of Electrostar liveries, possibly even a 379 too.
For PC players, there's a lovely timetable by Mad31Basher on TSC for the ECML Peterborough - Doncaster route that's set in 1998, right in the middle of the GNER era with tons of stock running around in early privatisation and inherited BR liveries.
