Quite quiet for launch day isn't it?

 

Presumably because most people have had access for a number of days at this point

 

It's not out for another couple of hours at least on playstation.

It's really annoying because I work evenings, so I won't actually be able to play it until tomorrow.

 

The fact you did this at 2110 is a gift to DTG, for me its a sign to get a lottery ticket.

I think he returned it already and is going for the free upgrade, if I'm not mistaken.

I can firmly confirm there will be no rebuy, well maybe the Leeds route and 333 when they’re 80% off in a sale next year.

But I am looking forward to seeing how the JT and Czech routes look in the new lighting.

The TSW 7 version of Birmingham Cross City doesn’t seem to be showing up on PS5 yet. Can’t see anything else missing but I could be wrong.

 

For me it’s not even the download time, on PS it’s the ‘purchasing’ your add ons 1by1.

 

TSW7 isn't detecting previously owned content on X|S.

Yeah same here, I had to manually select all the free dlc, shame there isnt a thing that starts it all automatically

 

still no compatible content showing on xbox

i’ve done 2 restarts and still nothing

 

in case it helps, i’ve had a look at a couple of tsw6 routes and i’m able to install the tsw7 version. but the xbox add on manager is only showing the core routes

 

It was. Previously owned addons are now available

 

Lots of folks will be at work, and it's still a bit longer until it launches on Steam, where a lot of players are.

 

launch day isn’t really launch day anymore; from a marketing perspective, early access is the main launch day, the only thing that happens today is the 10% discounts end and those of us on console get their compatible content (he says whilst slogging through 100 dlc in the xbox store, installing each of them one by one)

 

Not showing up yet on my ASUS XBOX ROG Ally X either. Will look again later.

Sorry if asked before. How do I bring over my routes from 6 to 7.

Nothing showing up in the store in game at the moment on playstation. Simply says no items to show

Only one that not coming up for me is Kassel wurzburg I own it saying need buy again everything else German I own is fine bar it Xbox series x

PS5…not sure I’ve forgotten to do something to re-download all my DLCs.

I just installed the Starter Pack, went to the Store and got this message:

‘The item you’re looking for is unavailable. It might not be for sale yet, or it might not longer be for sale.’

Have I missed something?

 

For me it's working without a problem. The only thing is that the sale for the routes is only availble if you play on TSW 6 but downloading in general wasn't a problem. Is the problem when you scroll down from the TSW 7 page? Maybe restart the PS

 

I have my popcorn ready, now waiting for the first reports about blurry textures and crashes on console

 

Hmm okay…imported my TSW6 profile no problem, I’m connected to Dovetail Live and rebooted the PS twice. The ‘item you’re looking for’ error message appears if I scroll to ‘Store’ on TSW7.

 

On Xbox, out of 124 pieces of content I own, three are without etitlements on TSW7: Kassel-Wurzburg, Class 170 and Santa-Fe on Cajon Pass.

Addditionally, 805 Evero is missing an image thumbnail in the store.

Actually, better than I had expected, overall.

 

I might give it another week or two before I download the free version. See how it goes in here. Meanwhile I'll be setting up various Regional Railways Pacers and Sprinters to run across the Pennines.

Nope, downloading.

 

Had the same thing when searching for it, just the paid versions. However when I went into a TSW7 marked DLC and clicked the link requires the core game, the free version was at the top of the list. So does seem a bit tucked away. Anyhow just done a quick DLC curation and downloading now.

Downloaded the free starter just now, on PS5. Nice, the controller movement is a bit sticky, even after tinkering with settings, the external fast cam is very good and glad it's returned. AI Conductor is a nice touch - works well (well, did on the 313,377 etc).

Proof will be in the pudding if London to Brighton especially holds up a bit better. Overall, not bad.

Biggest gripe, as have stated in separate thread - passenger behaviours are still awful.

Would I buy the deluxe? No. But as a free update (basically a big patch on TSW6 with a madly bright menu) - it's good enough

 

It is the EXACT same game on console, with new menu fonts, colours, borders and all the old bugs still intact.

PC game only at this point I think and that is the reason I stopped buying anything around February time.

Thought I would have a quick check in with the free starter pack, just to make sure I wasn't missing anything on xbox and nope, nope I am not!!!
