[resolved] Tsw7 Not Found

Downloaded and installed the free version of TSW 7… not showing up in PS5 storage.. restarted PS5 several times. Message in settings/storage.. main data not stored in this location… which is where TSW6 is stored.

Downloaded several routes already … none of them found on the PS5.

What to do? Been back to PlayStation store, the free upgrade to TSW7 is no longer available. Just takes me to the paid version.

 

Do you use an external USB storage device and if so is that connected?

Sometimes restoring licences can help with PS5 storage problems. You can find this in the settings section under "Users and accounts" . Check the "Others" option.

if you need to re-install TSW then getting the free starter pack downloaded for a second time is a bit fiddly and confusing.

In the PS5 main menu press D-pad right repeatedly to go all the way to "Game Library" option and press "X" to select.

In the game library page press R1 once to go to the "Your Collection" page.

Here you should see a list of everything that you own including stuff that is not currently installed. A TSW7 icon should be listed in there.

Navigate to the TSW7 icon and it should display a little downward pointing arrow and the word "Download". Press "X" to select.

You should now be on a page for TSW7 with the download option.

Strange, Doesn't happen on My PS5 but everyone's situations are different innit?

 

Thx very much.. eventually got it sorted.. i had to basically install it a second time. Thx for your help
