It has nothing to do with the number of mods… I wrote in the other thread as well: I have 233 active and it was just one that caused issues the Westbahn Flirt skin. The amount you have absolutely isn’t the problem.

 

I also got flickering, but in FSR Native AA. Through experimentation, I discovered that the monitor is the problem—it doesn't like low FPS, forcing it to change its refresh rate excessively. However, this problem doesn't occur in Quality mode.

 

Yeah I saw that, but I don't have that specific mod you mentioned, so it must be at least one other mod, too or something else entirely.

 

Yeah that possible its very unlikely that somebody has every mod thats available
