So this morning I stumbled across this Video on YouTube: It shows Frankfurt Fulda and Kassel Fulda merged to one big route. No timetable at the moment, regarding to the Video this is coming later. The mod should be released within the next days. So this at least means in theory that merging such routes to one bigger route is possible?
It would be amazing if it included the full KWG down to Würzburg, from where it can continue to Nuremberg, and then to Ingolstadt. And Frankfurt could be extended to Wiesbaden too. I mean, if it's possible, why not attack the extremes right away?
Myron During the video, they mention that this is their ultimate plan in the end. I'm just asking myself: if this can be done by the community, shouldn't it be done by DTG eventually?
It's not as simple as that. They require completely new timetables, and basically won't run on consoles.
Fawx Yes, I realize it wouldn't work on consoles and would require building new timetables. But for a future project or route remaster, a merger like this would be spectacular.
