How to Operate the Parking Brake To Apply / Release: The parking brake is automatically controlled electronically or integrated directly into your Brake Valve / Reverser assembly setup. [1, 2] Moving the Train: If you are stuck and the train won't move: Ensure your Reverser is moved out of Neutral into Forward or Reverse. Set the Automatic Brake handle to the "Release" position. Ensure the Generator Field Switch and Control & Fuel Pump Switches are toggled to ON on the control desk. Make sure your brake screen displays that the brake cylinder pressure has fully dropped to 0 PSI, indicating the system is completely cut in and released. Cheers, but that is the wrong engine. However, I eventually fixed it! There are two buttons on the lower back wall on the righthand side, Parking Brake Apply in blue, and Parking Brake Release in green. Hopefully this can help others.
