PS5 Trying To Get A.i. Freight Static On The Nec Nyp-trenton Line.

Hello, people.

I'm trying to fill up my timetable layers for the NYP-Trenton line. I have everything except one: The SFJ. Having this would supposedly spawn A.I. freight static along the line.

I've donwloaded every game that would pertain to this. Every Sand Patch Grade and Peninsula Corridor game, but to no avail.

The timetable layers box for this remains unchecked.
Am I chasing a "ghost"?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm pretty you can't have ai freight on this no matter how many layers you have. I think it was disabled due to performance issues.
