Hi, I'm currently creating a standard scenario using the BR Standard Class 6 “Clan Class” Steam Loco from JustTrain on the Western Lines of Scotland route add-on. As soon as I enter a destination, the times in the editor appear as xx:xx:xx+1 and represent a cumulative time rather than a standard schedule. Ex: departure 12:00:00>>>destination 52:00:05+1 I’ve created a few scenarios before, but this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I know I can work around it by forcing a specific schedule, but I want to avoid that so the scenario will always be validated. I have many locomotive add-ons, mostly steam locomotives, but I’m only encountering this problem with JustTrain’s Class 6. The problem persists regardless of the departure point, arrival, or departure time (12:00:00). Is there an option I might have missed somewhere in the editor that lets me change the time format with a single click? Thank you and Regards, Richard.
Hi Richard, That is definitely a scenario issue, not a locomotive issue. My guess is that you have altered the scenario start time, that's the only circumstance I have seen this. Basically it is telling you the train will depart at 12 00 the next day by the "+1". It should be easily solved by deleting and re-entering that particular set of timimgs. John
Hi John, Same scenario, but with any other locomotive (Bossman, Victory Works, SmokeBox, etc.)—it works normally. Departure from Kirkcudbright at 12:00:00; arrival at Tarff Platform at 12:17:51. No issues... With the JT: Departure from Kirkcudbright at 12:00:00; Arrival at Tarff Platform at 00:49:19+1! Comparison Test: Black Five Bossman vs Just Train BR Standard Class 6 Richard.
Yes I did...No matter what scenario I come up with, it's always the same. Delete, r-enter timing change nothing. Do you have this steam loco? Richard.
Ok, I think I've found something. TSC considers this locomotive to be very, very slow. I'm not sure if this is because of the latest TSC update, I bought this loco addon on october during latest sales. I set this locomotive to AI mode. At the scheduled departure time, it moves imperceptibly—maybe under 0.1 mph! In my previous example: Departure from Kirkcudbright at 12:00:00; Arrival at Tarff Platform at 00:49:19+1! At the speed it’s traveling, it will arrive at 12:49:19 the next day! If I force the schedule—for example, as with the Black Five—the timetable turns red, and when I restart the scenario, nothing changes; she’s still moving just as slowly (this explains why the timetable is red.) TSC acts as if the locomotive is traveling at less than 0.1 mph! Curiously, the three career scenarios included with the locomotive don’t seem to be affected by this issue. There are imposed schedules, but the timetable is white. As for the AI, those are standard locomotives (perhaps intentionally). These aren’t standard scenarios either... If all of this turns out to be true, I imagine the locomotive should be updated by JT. Unless it's possible to do so by looking at the locomotive's files. I'm afraid that might be beyond my skills! Too bad... Richard.
