Dps Access Is Gone

i go on DPS simulation and there is strange error

There is already a thread about this. It's gone. The files will be hosted on ATS sometime in the future.

Some people have been able to get the files using the way back machine archive.

I've downloaded ECML North East before this

Here's a link to ECML North east if anyone needs it https://www.mediafire.com/file/j3i19ztqfpa3tsd/NEE_V3.7z
