Ts20: Screenshot Contest: Week 6 - February 2020

Welcome back to the Train Simulator Screenshot Contest! This is the 6th week of 2020.

This week's theme is: Rain

How does it work?

You can submit your screenshot to the thread, and every Friday we will choose which screenshots will go to the loading screens. Shortly after, we will open a new thread and announce the winners. Each week has its own theme which is voted for by the community.

Competition Rules:

• Limit is 2 screenshots per person; 1 screenshot per post.
• Include in your post the route the screenshot was taken on as well as the name of the train (if applicable).
• Screenshots must be in a 16:9 resolution, at least 1920x1080 pixels.
• Screenshots must fit the theme of the week, as stated at the beginning of this post.

Other Rules:

• Official content only. Please make sure anything that is not available on the Steam Store or Dovetail Store is not shown in the screenshot. - This means no reshade, repaint mods, track upgrades or workshop routes.

At around 12:00 PM on a warm but rainy day, a GP40PH-2B train stops at North Elizabeth for a unload and load of passengers. At the same time, an ALP-45 DB train rushes by the station. The station is located on the North Jersey Coast Line.

It's a foul day as a Class 66 works a container train south of Stafford on the WCML Trent Valley route.

 

The weather shows no sign of improving as a Class 66 approaches Shugborough tunnel on the WCML Trent Valley route as a flashing double yellow warns the driver of a speed restriction the other side.

 

Yeah, it surprised me how detailed it is for a 2013 route. Maybe that man is just enjoying rain as much as I do.

Yes, there's something odd about the rain on that route. I intended for it to be early morning, but I guess it was too early..
