I have the same issue, trying to get just 1 named trophy fish to complete tier 1. No luck so far. Caught approx 100 trophy fish on lake Jordan but not one named. Would be interested in any replies. I've done well near the road bridge, a lot of trophy fish there, crappies and bass.
Would you believe I've just gone to Lake Jordan and caught 'Morehead' first cast!!! (In a bay near the mouth of Gum tree Dock.) I must have gone past that point a 100 times without giving it a second thought. I'll update if I find any more.
I've caught Ruth, a very small bass, up in the northeast corner of the map. Try the very back of Beaver Creek Bay. Start with the north end and work your way south. Also, Vernon, a bluegill can be found down by the southern bridge. I've tried for Morehead, no luck yet. Which bay up by Gum Tree???

Finally, after years of wondering what this fish looks like she has finally been caught. Big thanks and credit to the guys at Fishing Sim World Pro Tour FB group for location. Fontana - Lake Jordan - Clear Skies - Afternoon - Retrieve 2 - Short Cast Location is adjacent to the big block in first pic just cast more or less straight ahead. Took about a half hour for her to show up for me. As good as this one was I'm more curious about the whereabouts of Coltrane on same lake and some of the named trophy bass on Seminole and Arnold. The Warrior and The Hammer specifically. So any info on those would be greatly appreciated too! and good luck out there guys!
Fantasic catch! Its good to see another fish in the net on Lake Jordan. Thanks for sharing! Also, thanks to the FB group for helping out.
Great news! pack3rs420 on the DTG Fishing Community Discord server has Vernon and Venus! Thanks to them for sharing these screenshots.
