Made this overnight and compiled the images into a timelapse video. I'm very impressed at how it turned out:
Very nice video It would be so cool to do somewhere like just out London Paddington if all services ran like in real life- almost 20 trains an hour in each direction!
I think that you have just won the Screenshot Competition for every single week until 2035. Super...!
Thank you, everyone! A friend of mine told me to try this again on the Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr line, as it has a lot more movement going on. I don't own the line atm., and the reviews on Steam aren't very uplifting. I tried today to do the same on the Northern Transpennine, near Manchester station but... the results weren't anywhere as good... Any suggestions?
You should try the LIRR at Woodside during the morning. A lot of traffic is seen some stops while some goes express. You may even catch the first Belmont Park train as well.
Since I own the GWML but not the LIRR, I decided to go with a shot out of Paddington during sunset. The choice in time and length was hard, but I think I got a good enough coverage.
That was very soothing to watch, and again, a good choice of music. TSW really does feel like a world when seeing it from this view. Thank you for this, and I hope (we hope) to see more!
