We're lucky to get 30-60 miles routes at all in this game from DTG and other route creators, no way you'll get a full +500 mile route like this. If anything the most likely to get this treatment is the segment between the NYC area and Easton or Allentown.

Would love to see more northeast US or fallen flag representation in the games catalog though

Did you read the bit about "We're lucky to get 30-60 miles routes at all in this game, no way you'll get a full +500 mile route"
How big are those routes you suggest?

Try Googling New York to Buffalo - it comes as 395 miles by road or 292 miles in a straight line by Air

So I have no Idea where you get 95 miles from?

The entirety of the Lehigh Valley's rail network in the late 1960/early 70s was nearly 2000 miles. Again if we were to have a LV route in Railworks, it'd only be a small section (similar to how the recent Clinchfield route was only a 40 mile section of the whole +200 mile railroad).
An example of what could be done would be the LV Ithaca Branch. Running between Ithaca NY and Sayre PA, its in-game would be around a 50-55 mile route that would featuring switching, mainline and branch line operations.

The page you linked only talks about the modern Lehigh Line, of which under Norfolk Southern is a mix of ex Lehigh Valley and Central RR of NJ trackage that runs between the Allentown PA area and Manville, NJ. There is a Wikipedia entry about the Lehigh Line and its history that gives much more detail (Link here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lehigh_Line_(Norfolk_Southern) ).
Simply, this one section of the ex LV mainline is 95 miles while the whole railroad (at its peak) was a over one thousand miles.
