It would add to the realism and immersion to this already great game. When driving a timetabled service there are rarely situations when driver should pay attention to the signals because they are 99% of the time green aspect. So I am proposing to implement some kind of randomness in services. For example services would have 5% (less or more) chance to experience some kind of event. That event can range, for example service suddenly can't drive at speeds greater than cautionary or some kind of slow speed. Or service suddenly experienced something that it can't continue. So the trailing service will have to divert or terminate completely. If that happens some kind of message should pop up that would say something about the event.
Random events, examples: 1. When it is necessary to carry out planned maintenance or repair work on a line, a temporary speed restriction (TSR) may be installed at a particular location. 2. A Blanket speed restriction is used when it is necessary for trains to run more slowly over a large area. This is commonly used for weather conditions such as high winds, high temperatures or snow. 3. Train driver fell asleep, so the train applied emergency brakes....
Door malfunctioning on that scenario isn't random is planned to happen, same deal with landslide its planned not random in the slightest.
Again proof read your not making sense. If your a native speaker of another country speak in that language and I'll translate it. If not then I assume your under the age requirement to use the forums and I'll report you. Please proof read.

A scripted scenario and a random event within a scheduled service are two different things. The former is easy to do in an editor, but the result is always the same, so you're only "surprised" once. Would be different if you always drove the 15:03 service but sometimes you would have a unit fail somewhere which delayed your service, or delayed AI so you have adverse signals, or even cause a service cancellation which meant you had to stop and turn around with adverse movements etc
Ok it is scripted. A scripted event. A scenario that you click on to play the event. Please don't respond back.
I'm not a Fanboy lol, Your the Fanboy here. I enjoy the game. Your a train fan and most fans are toxic.
Shut up. Your calling me a fanboy most of my posts are to do with DTG business practises. Bare that in my mind, and shut up.
