I looked up on Wiki that the 142 pacer was built in 1984 and entered service In 1985 (1985 is the year NTP is based) and a lot of other threads have already suggested it But I Think The Livery Should Be Metro-Train Based At Leeds Station But This Livery Should Be The Original Livery if this comes out on DLC But TSW 2 Have Introduced Livery Creator So The Livery Could Be Plain White For The Release of this pacer but I think and a lot of other people who have posted similar threads would think the same Wikipedia Page About This Pacer: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Rail_Class_142
The Class 141 was introduced between Huddersfield and Leeds in 1983 (game era) with the 142 coming around a year later.
NTP is actually set in 1983 so before the 142, the 141's could possibly make an appearance. However it is all academic as the NTP will be one of the TSW1 preserved content so according to DTG there will be no more work done on it which from what I can gather includes no more add-ons released. TVL would have been the route more suitable for a Pacer as in 1989 Heaton had all the 143's and a handful of 142's and not many first generation DMU's, I think a lot of those were class 108's for the Cumbrian Coast service. So it looks like these routes will literally be stuck in a timewarp!
djhawtin1 you do not get it (obviously) NO MORE DLC IS COMING TO TSW2020. YOUR NOT GETTING THE PACER FOR NTP!!!!!!
As I understand it, this would need NTP to be released on TSW2, beforehand. However, if they do decide to release NTP on TSW2 there's no apparent reason a Pacer couldn't be included.
Unless a third party is willing/able to devolop the preserved collection, which i think should be allowed to better these routes and stock which will now be neglected with so much left undone.
