So today I was running freight operations at Hunts Point Yard. I got down from engine to uncouple some freight cars. But I didn't realize I forgot to set the brake. Just like the Denzel Washington movie, Unstoppable, I had a runaway train and I was unable to get back on.
Awesome! Did you try to get on another train, drive past him and stop him with another train from the opposite direction?
Unstoppable. A bonehead driver hops off a moving train to change some points, can't get back on, the train runs away and for no doubt excellent reasons that I must have missed the emergency brakes don't stop it at the next red signal necessitating much daring do. Tony Scott's last film- typically well made but apparently using the first draft of the script. Fun, quite silly and pretty forgettable.
Annoyingly on PC and PS4, you can press ctrl+0 to jump back into the seat, but DTG never added this for Xbox
Does the Xbox not support a blue keyboard similar to one the one that Matt keeps showing off on his streams. I thought I heard Matt mention it working with the Xbox.
it supports a keyboard, but the feature (ctrl+0) which puts you back in the drivers seat if you leave the cab, fall out etc on the PS4 and PC, doesn't work on xbox
Happened to me again yesterday. Quite annoying that I couldn't climb back on despite the fact it was going slower than walking pace.
Unfortunately it's an Xbox based issue, unless specific keyboard support is added, commands such as Ctrl + 0 or crtl + a/d won't work
