Maybe for me, the time has come to go back to the PC. I'd like to have your opinion on the following hardware to better understand what weak points it could have on full HD (and on 4k with external Tv?) For about 2000€/$ Is it good enough or it is better to wait for something like i9 with rtx2080 and more RAM on next year? Thanks in advances. MSI GS66 Stealth 10SF-202IT (Notebook) CPU Intel Core i7 Sigla processore: 10750H Velocità della clock (GHz): 2,6 Max Turbo Frequency (GHz): 5 Cache di terzo livello (MB): 12 Marca chipset: Intel Tipo di Chipset: HM470 Memoria Ram RAM: 16 GB Tipo di RAM: DDR4 Ram Massima Supportata: 64 GB Numero slot RAM totali: 2 GPU Grafica: NVIDIA Modello grafica: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q Memoria Scheda grafica (MB): 8000 (8 GB) Hard Disk Tipo di Hard Disk: SSD SSD: 1000 GB (1 TB)
Maybe Im wrong, but I think 2.6GHz is the standard clock speed and that in gaming mode the clock speed will boosted to 5 GHz (Max Turbo Frequency). Anyway thank you for your answer.
I hope you haven't dismissed AMD based systems from your deliberations- Ryzen CPUs are at least matching their Core iX equivalents at the moment in terms of performance and there's no contest when it comes to VFM. (Edit: VFM- value for money.)
