I’m very impressed by the trailer. Lots of goodies in it. This may be the jewel in the crown of TSW2.

Totally agree. It’s clear DTG are listening to their customers and working very hard to deliver a great, immersive experience. I wonder if announcements will exist, given the boards weren’t supposed to be working, but now are.

Good point and slightly worrying. Hopefully its maybe only in the scenario planner where they don't work.

The Q&A stream has been watched and I’m still excited. The only bit of bad news for me was that the external cameras are totally disabled in the underground portion of the route. One thing I like to do now and then is position the front camera right in front of the train cab and view the track unobstructed as I drive along. I was looking forward to doing this on the Bakerloo route tunnels. Never mind, the rest of it was either as expected or better than expected, and it does look very good.

No AI on the adjacent WCML - as expected
Simplified signalling - not surprised about that
Sparse timetable compared to real route - as expected
Not enough passengers - as expected
Can’t walk through tunnels - not surprised about that

PIS screens - not expected until the trailer - great addition
Mirrors sort of work - didn’t expect that but will have to see it properly in action to comment
More work being done on getting the lighting right - Matt seems to be happy with it but we’ll see soon
Fuller timetable coming to Bakerloo later - hopefully they can get that to work out as 450 services would be immense
You can turn the electric brake off - now that will be fun, as if it’s not going to be tricky enough to drive already!

It’s also always nice to hear them talk about the route selection process and why the routes are as long as they are but there were no big surprises there. Deadlines. Improvements to passengers are happening this year which nice to know too.
