The Baby Bullet does have some unresolved issues. There are multiple issues with the sound (on PS4 at least, can’t say for other platforms).

There are no brake air sounds in the cab when the brake cutout is set to passenger - this greatly affects immersion
The loco is too quiet and there is a distinct lack of ambient sound from outside when the windows are opened
The deafening sound of the HEP startup in any Baby Bullet loco within 500 yards - the sound plays at full volume in your train (you don’t need to be driving a BB train for this to occur, you could be in the switcher or the gallery cab car etc.)
There’s also the repeated ‘close doors’ switch animation and sound when closing the doors from the pop-up menu (this happens in every train with sliding doors in TSW, it’s just more noticeable in quiet cabs like the BB cab car) - it doesn’t happen when opening the doors, or when you close the doors from the in-cab buttons.

None of those issues are game breaking but driving the loco can be a bland experience with little ambient sound and no air escaping from the brake valve. Then suddenly another Baby Bullet elsewhere starts its HEP generator and you jump out of your skin. It’s a shame because the train is nice to drive and looks great. All these issues were there from the start and are still there now.

This is the number one thing DTG should be working on in the future. Publicly acknowledging these issues when brought up by the players and putting resources into getting as many of them fixed as possible. Currently, only the odd bug gets fixed, and players are often left in the dark as to whether or not DTG are fully aware of the bugs or have any intention of fixing them.

That’s what leads to topics like this one on the forum.

There are definitely sound issues with the Baby Bullet. The horn is very quiet too.
