Will Windows 10 Purchasers Of Tsw: Csx Hh Be Entitled To The Preserved Collection?

Or are we still the forgotten beta for TSW 2020 in the Windows store?

2 CSX HH is coming to TSW2

 

There's two versions of Train Sim World that Dovetail games sold in the Xbox/Windows 10 store.

They first sold:

TSW: CSX Heavy Haul on BOTH windows 10 and XBox One.
Then they released TSW 2020. The Xbox One users were upgraded to the new edition. The Windows 10 version was left as a two separate games.

 

I'm just curious as to why someone would buy any version of TSW from the Microsoft Store rather than from Steam. Are (were) the prices different?
